A PDF page remover that shows you what you're deleting

Deleting by page number alone is how the wrong page disappears. Here every page is a thumbnail; marked pages turn red and stay visible until you save, so you can check before committing.

For long documents, type ranges in the side panel: 1, 40-44, 97- marks the cover, a five-page appendix and everything from page 97 on.

What removing pages does not do

It doesn't redact. If a page you keep contains something sensitive, deleting other pages won't hide it. And if a table of contents or internal link points at a removed page, that link will go nowhere in the new copy.

Password to openYou type the password; it is used only in this tab. The output can't carry the old encryption, so those pages are re-drawn as images (about 144 dpi) and their text is no longer selectable.

Questions

How do I delete pages from a PDF?

Open the PDF, tap each page you want to get rid of (it is marked “Removed”), then save. Or type the page numbers, e.g. 2, 5-7, and press “Mark these pages”.

Can I undo a page I marked by mistake?

Yes. Tap it again. Nothing changes in your original file; the tool writes a new copy without the marked pages.

Can I remove every other page?

Yes. “Odd” or “Even” marks alternate pages in one tap. That is useful when a scanner captured blank backs of single-sided sheets.

Does removing pages make the file smaller?

Usually, yes: fonts and images used only by the removed pages are left out of the new file. Resources shared with remaining pages have to stay.

Is it safe for confidential documents?

The PDF never leaves your device. It is read and rewritten by JavaScript in this tab. Note that removing a page is not redaction: to hide text on a page you keep, you need a redaction tool.
